Hi there, I'm Mickayla...

& I'm the creator of the Define and Sculpt program. After my first pregnancy I was 8 months postpartum working my butt off in the gym, eating 3-5 small meals a day every 3-4 hours and STILL couldn't seem to lose the stubborn baby weight. I struggled hard with sweet and greasy food cravings, low energy levels and hormonal imbalances. That's when I decided I needed a MAJOR SHIFT and started creating the Define and Sculpt plans. With in a matter of 1 week I could FEEL the difference and after one round, 60 days, of following the program I lost 15 pounds, 4% body fat and 11 inches! I knew I needed to get this into the hands of other women who were struggling with similar issues but needed the flexibility of a program that would give them realistic meal plans and quick effective workouts that were made specifically for a woman's body.

The grab-and-go is the entire program, but will no access to Mickayla. If you're great with following a plan and staying motivated the grab and go is right for you. 

The VIP package is definitely for you if you need accountability, that extra motivation to keep going and support. Having Mickayla there to answer all of your questions every week and guide you through the entire 8 weeks will ensure you stay committed and finish the program from start to finish STRONG.

Immediately after signing up you will get access to your program and the online platform. You can download the app and log in instantly. Grab and go members have 75 days to complete your 60 day program and VIP members get lifetime access to the program.

You get a complete at-home fitness plan and gym fitness plan with your program. For the at-home workouts you will need stairs, or a jump rope (elliptical, bike, or treadmill are great too but not required), dumbbells, bands, a yoga ball and sliders. After signing up I provide all of the links to my favorite products to buy off amazon for easy ordering!

Yes! I have my Core Restore Guide that is given to you to go through if you're needing to heal your diastasis recti or weak pelvic floor muscles. If it's been a while since you had your babe and are still experiencing a lot of back pain, incontinence, and a severe mommy pooch I would recommend scheduling a call with me and considering Premium 1:1 Fitness Coaching.

If you're already a DS member I want to go through the program again for continued results, I would definitely recommend signing up for another round. This includes weekly virtual check-in's every Monday, personal access to Mickayla, and access to the videos, workouts, meal plans and recipe books for another full 75 days. 

Yes! You can modify movements to your fitness level. The workouts focus on strength training, cardio and core work. The meal plans are great as well since weight loss is 80% nutrition and existing clients will tell you these recipes are amazing!

It is not required! There are instances in which I would actually recommend that you don't intermittent fasting. Such examples would be: if you're struggling with hormonal imbalances, if you're trying to get pregnant, if you've had a history of disordered eating or if you simply don't want to do it. :) This is a personal choice for you when beginning the program but I will always give you my honest opinion and guidance on what may be best for you.
