You need meal plans tailored specifically your macronutrients, lifestyle and the season that you're in. You will fill out weekly check ins forms every week, bi-weekly or monthly coaching calls, and daily access to Mickayla via messaging in the APP will give you the support and guidance you've always needed. Your custom fitness plans will be tailored specifically to you! I build programs that'll fit your lifestyle and the amount of time you have in a day to workout. You can workout 4 days a week for 60 mins or 6 days a week for 20-30 mins!
The meal plans come complete with a weekly view breakdown of what you're eating for each day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack). I meal plan everything tailored to your nutritional needs and macros (carbs, proteins and fats) and I incorporate foods you LOVE which is why I have you fill out a Foods Assessment during your onboarding. You will be eating things like healthy enchiladas, burgers, pancakes, smoothies, and treats! And yes, you can even have your wine or a beer on the weekend and celebrate holidays and easily have family BBQ's. I will help you plan for LIFE!
