Mickayla designs each workout with you in mind incorporating extremely specialized guides to help you strengthen, tone and heal your entire body from the inside out. Mickayla is also certified in prenatal & postpartum fitness making this coaching experience the ultimate choice for women! No matter what stage of life you're in, Mickayla has the perfect plans for you!

NOURISH

Each woman's body is unique in their own way. Your dietary needs are different, your hormones are different, the foods you love are different and the time you have to spend in the kitchen may be different than another woman's. You need meal plans tailored specifically your macronutrients, lifestyle and the season that you're in. Mickayla digs deep and gets to know who you are and what you truly want and need in order to design the perfect plans for you that'll help you become the most nourished you!

This process is where true growth takes place. Working with Mickayla you'll quickly realize how much she genuinely cares for you and is invested in you becoming the best version of yourself day by day. You will fill out weekly check ins forms every week, bi-weekly or monthly coaching calls, and daily access to Mickayla via messaging in the APP will give you the support and guidance you've always needed. Mickayla also uses an in depth onboarding process to ensure you are getting a totally custom program and coaching experience.

I'm Mickayla

As a mama of 3 little ones, who has experienced the life changing journeys of pregnancy, birth and postpartum (three times) - I am here to guide and support you through whatever stage of life you currently find yourself in, in a healthy way!
The health and wellness world has got it all WRONG.  The low calorie, low carb, cutting food groups and endless cardio are not the answers for getting your body and mind nourished and strong. 
My philosophy is let's work smarter, not harder. Being in a constant state of burn out is exhausting and not sustainable. There is hope in finding a balanced approach that lets you enjoy life and feel amazing.
As a certified personal trainer and nutritionist that specializes in women's nutrition, fitness and hormones -  my passion for coaching and supporting women, just like you, comes from knowing how dang important it is for us women to make the time for own well-being and happiness. 
I'll help create and establish custom workouts specific to your body's needs and schedule while teaching you how to  utilize nutrition and lifestyle habits to balance your hormones and give you the energy and stamina you need for all that life throws at you each and every day.

I will always match your commitment and promise to always set you up for the best success…which is why I only do coaching packages. Behavior change and transformation happens through the process of digging in deep and going through the entire process. You will not regret it!

Your custom fitness plans will be tailored specifically to you! I build programs that'll fit your lifestyle and the amount of time you have in a day to workout. You can workout 4 days a week for 60 mins or 6 days a week for 20-30 mins!  

The meal plans come complete with a weekly view breakdown of what you're eating for each day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack). I meal plan everything tailored to your nutritional needs and macros (carbs, proteins and fats) and I incorporate foods you LOVE which is why I have you fill out a Foods Assessment during your onboarding. You will be eating things like healthy enchiladas, burgers, pancakes, smoothies, and treats! And yes, you can even have your wine or a beer on the weekend and celebrate holidays and easily have family BBQ's. I will help you plan for LIFE!
